Description
The House of ITR is proud to bring out its annual publication, the ITR Annual Digest 2010, a compilation of the cases and statutes reported in the pages of the Income Tax Reports in the year 2010. The volumes covered this year are 320 to 329.
The Annual Digest contains its usual features : a subject-wise digest of case of the High Courts and the Supreme Courts and a separate subject-wise digest of Appellate Tribunal orders, section-wise referencer, separately for decision of courts and orders of the Appellate Tribunal.
The Digest also contains a subject-wise index to statutes, rules and notifications.
