CWA, LL.B. is a practicing Advocate specializing in Excise, Customs, Service Tax, FEMA and Foreign Trade Policy maters.  He has over 20 years experience in the field and has made number of appearances before the appellate Authorities including the CESTAT & High Court. He was earlier practicing as a Chartered Accountant for 14 years. He was a rank student throughout. He has contributed several articles to leading magazines and has addressed several seminars at both the national and State levels.
Madhukar N. Hiregange, B.Com, FCA, ISA, has passed CISA, is a practicing Charterd Accountant having 22 years experience and psecialising in Excise, Service Tax, Customs Law and Procedures and Karnataka VAT. He has conducted several preventive exercises of Central Excise Audits and has represented before the Appellate Authorities including the CESTAT.
