Author Details T. K. A. Padmanabhan is a Commerce Graduate from Madurai University (Gold Medallist). A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he graduated in law from Delhi University and was admitted to the Delhi Bar. At present he is a practicing lawyer at the Delhi High Court. Padmanabhan has over 25 years of experience in the disciplines of law, finance and management and is an advisor to Indian and foreign companies on various legal matters.
