Description
Law of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights : National and International Perspectives examines critically various aspects of copyright. Since the 1990s; copyright law has undergone a seachange, both nationally and internationally. The book incorporates these changes adequately and provides inputs regarding Indian law and international law on the subject. It is unique in itself as it discusses all the multilateral conventions on copyright, irrespective of the fact whether India is aparty to any particular treaty. In the last couple of years, the judiciary has come out with a number of landmark judgments, which have been duly incorporated in the book and discussed at the relevant places.
The book fulfils the longstanding demand of the teachers, judges, lawyers, researchers, students, writers, publishers, people from entertainment industry and others.
