Dr. V.K. Ahuja holds a Ph D from the University of Delhi and M Phil from the Jawaharlal Nehru University. He id a certificate course onLaw Teaching and Legal Research Skills at the Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University, United Kingdom, in 2004. He has been teaching in the Faculty of Law, Unversity of Delhi, for more than a decade. Dr. Ahuja has written extensively on the subject of intellectual property rights. He has authored three books, including a LexisNexis Butterworths publicatin titled, Law Relating to INtellectual Property Rights, as well as several articles which have been published in leading journals. He has been on the Editorial Board of Delhi Law Review and National Capital Law Journal. Dr. Ahuja was honoured with an award at the Fifth South Asian Teaching Session on International Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law, organised jointly by the INternational Committee of the Red Cross, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2003. .............................................................................................................................
