Author Details
Keshav Dayal was born in 1933 and brought up in aprominent Mathur Kayasth family at old Haveli Jugal Kishore in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi.His Father Mr. Bishamber Dayal Was a Senior Advocate with a roaring practice and was a Central Government Counsel in Delhi HighCourt and a Counsel for Income Tax and various other government department.
Mr. Keshav Dayal did his Mathematics (Hons.) course from the famous St.Stephen’s College of Delhi, after that he studied law at Delhi University where he became Secretary of Faculty of Law Society and was also the Honorary Secretary (Tennis), Delhi University Athletic Association.
