A prominent member of several organizations like the International Bar Association, nternational Law Association, World Association of Lawyers, World Peace through Law Center, American Bar Association, Bar Association of India, Life Member Supreme Court Bar Association, Asia Pacific Lawyers Association and International Fiscal Association, Mr. Singhania is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. Well known for his active role in upholding the cause of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution technique, he was two-term Vice-President of the Governing Body of the Indian Council of Arbitration and is the Chairman of the Indian Society of Arbitrators.
