Description
• Bharat's Foreign Exchange Management Manual is not a mere compilation of
RBI Circulars and notifications. Rather, it is the only comprehensive work on
foreign exchange law, Rules and Regulations explaining the whole concept and
legal framework in a very systematic manner. At appropriate places, the
information is presented in a tabulated manner to facilitate an easier
understanding of the various topics.
• The Foreign Exchange Management Manual contains latest information on
Foreign Exchange Management law based on RBI Notifications, AP (DIR
Series) Circulars, Master Circulars and Government Notifications.

contains an analysis of the Rule/Regulation in a systematic manner followed
by the relevant textual information.
• Each Chapter has been developed based on respectiveRule/Regulation,
AP (DIR Series) Circulars, latest Master Circulars and other relevant
information.
• The original Text of each Rule and Regulation as amended from time to time
has been placed in the respective Chapter itself.
• Besides the Forms contained in Rules and Regulations, wherever required,
additional Forms have been drawn from EC Manual, AP (DIRSeries)
Circulars, latest Master Circulars etc. and incorporated in the Chapters
