Description
• The sole object of the author is to present to the readers a correct, concise clear
and complete view of the subject. It contains more than 1000 Model Forms
divided in 64 alphabetically arranged Chapters, spread over in 2000-pages, a
notable record, in single volume book. Chapters are given in alphabetical order
so that readers can locate any Chapter effortlessly.
• Balanced approach has been adopted in selecting the Chapters, while some
Chapters are more useful for Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and
Tax Practitioners, some Chapters will be found more useful for Advocates
