She is a Faculty Member in IBS, Business School, Jaipur. She teaches Soft Skills to MBA students, which includes Business Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, Time Management and trains candidates for Group Discussions and Interview Skills to help them face different kinds of interviews and get good placements. She also imparts language lab training for improving spoken English.She has eighteen years of work experience. She has worked as a visiting Trainer in many companies including Genpact. She has experience of being on the panel of large number of interview sessions. She is also an lefts Trainer. Prof. Teenna has written many articles in reputed journals related to interviews.She has participated in several Training Programs and seminars too. The author has also conducted an International Program on Resource Mobilization and Communication for NGOs organized by IBS.
