is M.Com., M.A. (Economics), M.A. (Public Administration), LLB., FCA, DISA (ICA), CISA (ISACA, USA), CISM (ISACA, USA), Ph D (Tax). He has been a merit rank holder in most of the exams. He became a CA at a young age of 21 securing an all India merit rank. He also secured a merit rank in Information Systems Auditors Exams of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was conferred with Ph D by Nagpur University on his thesis on a critical study of direct taxes in India. He is a partner in T S Rawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, and has been practising since past 19 years. He is an authority on Income Tax, Cyber Laws, Investment Strategy and Information Systems Control and Audit. He is a guest faculty on Company Law, Income Tax, Cyber Laws, and Financial Management in various institutions, colleges, and Government organisations. He is a visiting Faculty on Income Tax and Cyber Laws at Nagpur University, Post Graduate Deptt. of Law. He is a sought after speaker in Conferences and Seminars in India and abroad. He is a guest faculty for MBA courses in Global Business School, Raisoni University, Nagpur University Management Department, KIDS Ramtek, GS College MBA Deptt. and many such Institutions.
