Author’s Details Dr. Sureshchandra Bhosale holds a Doctorate Degree in Law He is practicing in Trial Courts and High Court since last 31 years. He worked as Assistant District Government Pleader & Additional Public Prosecutor in Pune from 1986 to 1995. He was also Special Public Prosecutor for CBI o conduct cases under The Prevention of Corruption Act. Dr. Bhosale has a vast experience of Practice as an Advocate in Session Courts, Labour Courts, Industrial Courts, Co-operative Courts. Consumer Forum, TADA Courts. MCOCA Courts etc Dr Bhosale presently is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra &Goa& formerly was the Chairman for the year 2004-05. He was also the President of Pune Bar Association for the year 1998-99. He has a part-lime teaching experience in Law for 17 years. He is at present the Dean, Faculty of Law, University of Pune and Member of Management Council, Academic Council, Senate of the University of Pune. He was also Member of Academic Council, National Law School. Gujarat. Dr. Bhosale has authored 2 books, "Law relating to Dowry Death" and "The Maharashtra Universities Act 1994", which are very well received amongst the Lawyers. Teachers and Judges. He has written on Legal and Social issues for various Law Journals and news papers. He has over dozen of articles published in various Law Journals. He is member of Advisory Committee of Bombay Law Reporter and Ihe President of the Maharashtra Law Academy. Adv. Rajendra D Anbhule has had a brilliant career both as a student and a law academician. Recipient of “Best Student Award” of I.L.S, Law College, Pune, he passed LL,B. examination securing first class throughout. A LL M. (Gold Medalist) and recipient of seven other prizes of Pune University, he stood first among all the successful candidates at the said examination. He joined Marathwada Mitra Manual's Law College, Pune as a full time faculty and Principal-in-charge in 2004-2005.
