and have been stated in a simplified manner. The organisation, duties and responsibilities
of each stakeholder have been analysed separately so that each stakeholder can equip himself
or herself with the part of the law which is relevant to him or her.Charts have been prepared
so that the legal proivisions can be understood in a simplified and user friendly manner.
