Author Details Born on 30th of August, 1952 at Pithoragrah in U.P. Hills (now state of Uttaranchyal), Mr. Prafulla C. Pant got degree of law from University of Lucknow in 1973. He joined U.P. Nyayik Sewa in 1976 as Munsif. After working in several capacities on both Civil and Criminal sides, he was promoted to U.P. Higher Judicial Services in 1990 and worked as District and Sessions Judge also. At present he is Additional Judge, Uttaranchal High Court, Nainital.
