He also passed degree in General Law and post graduate diplomas in Project Management and Contract Management. He worked in the capacity of Chief Engineer (Civil) for a period of 15 years under Central Govt. Presently he is working as senior Consultant in Highway projects. Fellowship course on Sewerage and Water Supply was completed satisfactorily in USA under WHO. For upgradation of technology/modernization in various fields, the project studies were carried out by him in many countries {western and eastern parts of world) and certain upgradation of technology had been implemented. The author received a NationalAward (Asiad Jyoti in the line of Padmashri) from the President of India forsuccessful completion of Asian Games project, 1982.The author has been working since 1962 in various fields of Civil Engineering/multidisciplined construction projects, and dealt planning, designing, surveying, project management, maintenance/operation, various types of contracts etc. International standard projects were got completed on crash programme basis.
