Author Details
S.N. Gupta has been the Chief Editor of Mercantile Law Reporter and Commercial Law Gazette. He held on Honours in Economics and Political Science from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta and had a Master's in Economics & Political Science from Calcutta University with Banking, Currency and Public Finance as his special subject. He was a Law Graduate from the same University. He has been Legal advisor to number of Indian and Foreign Banks for last more than 40 years and has been working for Chamber of Commerce & Industry and was also on the panel of Arbitrators for the said Chambers.
