Arora was born in 1939 in West Pakistan. After partition he settled in Delhi and did graduation in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 1959 with First Division. After that he pursued Chartered Accountancy course and qualified the same in 1963 in First Division. Since then Mr. Arora has been practicing Accountancy, Taxation and Company Law and has an experience of over 43 years. Throughout his professional career he has been a keen student of law and has extensively studied various aspects of law of the land as well as international law.
