He is the author of two books – “Law of Medical Negligence and Compensation” and “Service Laws of Government Employees of West Bengal”. His books are extolled by many eminent jurists of the Country.Shri Bag served Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad as Asst. Director (Law) on deputation for more than four years and in that capacity taught Constitutional Law and Criminal Law to the IPS Officers undergoing induction training and in-service training in the Academy. He regularly contributes research articles on Law to the professional journals.
